BEFORE

Before. Inflamed gums with severe gum tissue recession, disfiguring the smile and causing hypersensitivity

After completing orthodontic treatment, this patient was left with severe gum recession on a single tooth. In addition to causing a disfigured smile and loss of strong gum support, this patient’s inflamed gums also caused increased sensitivity.

AFTER

After. Complete restoration of the gum tissue through micro-surgery.
